As an external consultant you:

  • Develop  talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead  employer  branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, assessments, etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree in HR or have a mix of formal education and work experience of more than 4 years.
  • Proven experience as talent acquisition specialist/recruiter
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Well-organized and structured approach with eye for detail
  • Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.
  • Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • We achieve our biggest success when working together, so clear communication is key, as is collaboration and team work
  • Languages: Dutch/English and preferably Spanish
