Our technology generates up to 99.9% recovery from combined Claus/Tail Gas Units, operating reliably with proven methods.
Our facilities also includes emission control for sulfuric acid plants, smelters, power plants and mercaptan processing plants.

In 2024, Jupiter Sulphur, LLC celebrated an ongoing and successful 40-year relationship between Tessenderlo Kerley and energy manufacturing giant Phillips 66. Jupiter Sulphur processes all sulfur containing gas streams at two of the Phillips 66 company’s refineries.
Combining the expertise of two market leaders results in the highest quality sulfur processing services, where off-gasses are upgraded into value-added products.
Tessenderlo Kerley handles day-to-day operations for Jupiter Sulphur with employees from the ranks of both companies. Reliability, or up time run rates, far surpass industry standards while maintenance costs are well below those commonly reported in the industry.
